EERA - Escape Evacuation and Rescue Assessment. Conducted in addition to the HSE Case for projects and existing enterprises.
The methodology is based on elements that are assessed separately, such as personnel response time to an incident like LOPC or fire, muster points, shelter-in-place, personal protective equipment, etc.
As a conclusion, a set of measures is being developed to eliminate weaknesses in the elements of the emergency response system.
EERA is a process that is carried out according to UK HSE guidelines, but could also be used to detail accident scenarios for ER plans in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
